REFUND POLICY

Our primary goal is to make all of our customers 100% satisfied.

Returns 

Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Once an item has been received, it cannot be returned.

Our team always inspect the item before the shipment. However, if you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving yours.

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

Items are damaged/broken, incorrect item or soiled upon arrival. 

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and with the original packaging. 

Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) with the proof of purchase within 7 days upon receipt of the order to get a replacement. Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement. Hydremo reserves the right to refuse any replacement if it does not meet the above criteria.

Return to Sender Packages: Hydremo will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Upon purchase, we'll give you 24 hours to cancel or make any changes. Any time beyond that, your order will already be processed, prepared for shipping, and order changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Missing  

"My tracking information says delivered but didn't receive it yet."

If we've confirmed with the shipping courier that the item has been delivered with a specific date, time and location. We are not responsible for missing items.

If our shipping courier cannot confirm the item was delivered. You need to contact us and report it, we will make the arrangements to send you another one.

If the package was delivered to the exact same address the buyer filled up and it was wrong, we won't be able to respond for that. So please double check the shipping address you filled in your shopping cart. Customer must provide mobile phone number.
